Wish You Were Here Poem by Dorsey Baker

Wish You Were Here

Rating: 5.0

wish you were here
the flowers
start to bloom
the birds
start to sing
it's spring again
wish you were here
wish you were here
green grass
carpet the ground
hot sun
way up in the sky
a breeze
starts to blow and time
starts to fly
it's spring again
wish you were here
it's so sad
to know
that you are
no longer
here with me
it's spring again
miss you my friend
wish you were here

Beautiful poem Dorsey! Its spring! Missing a friend when the flowers bloom and the birds sing.
