Can you take away the sweetness from a rose
or a brilliance from the star
Are you afraid
are you torn to peaces
scattered like shells on the sea
some broken some whole
the oyster is holding the pearl
inside the shell
exposed and naked to its nature
is fear your only friend
walking with you for so long
you have forgotten
have you lost your senses
do you listen to the voices
from the distant shores
Where do you come from
oh tell me!
tell me so I know
the planets alined just for you
remember
that day
awaken, awaken; please
to your true self
for just once remember
do not destroy
your beauty
take my hand
I will take you
take you from your own prosecution
my friend, is it sublime beauty you seek
~ in its brilliance it radiates
just look
look inside
and you will find
yourself.
