Without You - Poem by Cally A. Nixon

Without having,
you here...
Is like living in a,
world full of fear.

Tragedy and confusion,
are the only ways we know...
Without you,
showing us the way to go.

You were there,
for us in the hard times...
And you stood back,
when it was our turn to shine.

To go to school,
without you...
Staying there,
is so hard to do.

You were once,
our Leader and Principal...
Waiting for us students,
to call.

Without you,
We have no clue what to do...
We've been overtaken by confusion,
yet the solution you always knew.

The one thing,
we all know...
We will miss and hope,
to see you when we go.

We will always miss you,
Mr. Kohls...
And you will stay with us,
in the core of our souls.
