Words That Become Poem Poem by Sandra Feldman

Words That Become Poem

Funny thing, how the words flow,
Sometimes fast, sometimes slow,
But the important thing is to show,
That it's a time, when inner feelings also grow.

This four-fold rhyme is very meaningful to me. It's not just music of words it adds to the poem but in a mysterious way it makes the sentiment of your poem more convincing because all the lines are connected, intertwined, related to each other in a tightened structure. The key to this poem is its assertion that our interior lives can grow, become more open and richer. That cannot ultimately be proven - it must be felt as a sympathy which connects inner and outer like an electric charge. Well, I feel that sympathy. Your poem has convinced me. I'm charged!
