You are that special person
That makes me feel like I am free
From all the stresses of this world
That have fallen onto me.
Like a bird escaped from a cage
For the first time flying through the air,
You've made me feel alive
With both happiness and despair.

You are that special person,
The only one that I seek,
That makes me feel ok
Whenever I hear you speak
And I could speak to you
For the rest of my existence.
I feel like you're the one
With every ounce of my instinct.

You are that special person.
More precious than the moon,
Whom I always want to talk to
Morning, night and afternoon,
Like first thing in the morning
When the sunlight hits my face
Whenever I see you appear
The troubles of this world are erased.

You are that special person
Whom I barely knew 2 months ago,
But now it seems to me that
You're the only one I want to know.
When I picture my dreams
You're the only person that is there,
After seeing a monarch's throne
How can one appreciate just a chair?

You are that special person,
My favourite person that exists.
And if I don't see you for a day
Then believe me you are missed.
Maybe I'm too proud to say it
But I can't loose you from my world,
I'd dive to the bottom of the ocean
To find that precious pearl.

You are that special person,
Embedded deep within my heart.
My life suddenly has meaning
As if it's only now that it did start.
I try to pretend not to care,
But who am I kidding? not even me.
My soul screams out your name.
My mind pictures you constantly.

You are that special person
That has me hooked like a fish.
And as I drop my face to the ground
It's for you that I wish.
Even if it's an impossible dream
I'd still rather dream that it comes true
Then deal with a reality
That does not include you.

You are that special person
I cant even express how I feel
How can you be so perfect?
How can you be real?
How in all the universe
Did you come into my path?
How could ever I forget your smile?
How could ever I forget your laugh?

You are that special person,
An empress of my dreams
Who has conquered my heart
And annexed all my being.
I try to escape your wrath,
But I became so lost in your eyes,
Like a labyrinth I can't escape
Nor do I even want to try.

You are that special person
Who can make me feel insane,
For I don't want to forget a thing
About you, not even the pain.
Every second feels like a minute,
Every minute an hour, hour a day,
Every day feels like a week,
Whenever you are away.

You are that special person
That I can't stop writing for
And although none of it comes close
I just keep on writing more.
I dream of you each day
And you are my favourite dream,
However impossible that it may be
You are my impossible queen

You are that special person,
For whom I count the stars
And I need you in my life
Even if it leaves me with scars
And it's like time stops
Whenever you are around
And nothing else matters
In you my happiness was found.

You are that special person,
I want you more than anything
And when I speak to you
You can tell me so many things
And I just listen avidly
To every word that you say.
I want to learn everything about you
Before you go away.

You are that special person
Who I know one day will leave,
But we'll meet again one day
In that I do believe.
Maybe in Geneva,
Cairo or Palestine,
Changing the world together
Just like how you changed mine.
