You, I And He Poem by Ruma Chaudhuri

You, I And He

Rating: 5.0

Hi, I searched you...

Hi, I searched you

in the narrow lane

Even in the crowded bus

or, may be in the train.

I searched you

in a pitter patter day

Or, in the autumn cloud

in the long hay.

Hi, I got you...

Hi, I got you

in the dark cloud

In the spark of lightning

in the aphotic woods.

You were in me.

As my deep emotion

Hi, you are HE

My ultimate SALVATION.

I repeat God is every where and some say He is the only real existence. Nice poem.

At first when I began reading this, I thought this was going to be hokey love story about some romantic paramour, but as I continued reading it I found it had something more deeper and richer, the search for the divine is the greatest pursuit anyone can attain, I like how your search essentially finds the essence of the spirit of a divine being to exist in all things, even within us, your ending is perfect for summarizing the journey we must all take. Awesome work

Interesting how we never have to really look any further than within ourselves.

God is every where, He is present in ourselves as well.
