Looking at the beautiful sunrise
Or
The flying blue birds in the reddish sky
At sunset
I asked you….
'Oh the Great Creator! Who are you? '
You just laughed at me.
Again at flood or earth quake or …
In your cruel curse
Lots of people were crying
When you were devastating your beautiful creation,
Standing on that debris
I asked you again who are you?
Again you laughed at me.
Still I felt you
In the small plant in the debris
Or in the painful living
You are present
Within us ….
In the new morning , that starts with the last pain of the yesterday's sunset,
you are present.
A very powerful poem which invvokes the question of why such tragedy exists in a world where we supposedly are governed by a loving God. Can almost feel the anger and hopelessness in this great write.
It's a beautiful poem. God is there in the destruction as well as in creation. He is there in pain, as also in pleasure and happiness. A poet can see God in all His manifestations.
What a beauty! I was amazed. Kabir Das says....Kastoori kundali base mirig dhondhey ban mahi.....Aise ghat ghat Ram hain dunya dekhe nahi.
You the FEELINGS thoroughly the veins and breath heart beats my sight to absorb you fully inside harem of azure-blue heart ... .../// lovely poem
