You know it

You know it
But easily forget
The pressure mounts
But you don't take into account

You are always put into trouble
And this makes you struggle
Life becomes hell
But you keep in mind and never tell

It is plain truth
And you are getting through
Personal trauma and pain
The distress always remain with you

You want to address
But have no courage to face
This is causing you great anxiety
You have pathetic condition and misery

We all know about the conscious path
The noble people take easy and comfortable breathe
The person who does it knowingly
Always pass through ordeal and suffers continuously
