You Still Stand Your Ground Poem by Bernard F. Asuncion

You Still Stand Your Ground

B-eacon begins to rise,
E-arly Friday makes a start;
T-otal thrill tenth of March
H-as truly pleased your heart.

C-oal clouds don't gather,
U-nderneath the blue sky;
A-s the new dawn breaks,
D-arkness passes by.
R-aindrops and chill are nowhere to be found;
A-fter the violent storm, you still stand your ground.
