Your Love Will Live On
These words that i write,
are the words from my heart.
Those memories within me,
that never shall part.
For you gave me a lifetime,
I'll never forget,
Your love and your guidance
remembered and yet,
There's still something missing,
the warmest of smiles,
If only to find you,
I'd walk many miles.
I'll remember you always,
in your favourite songs,
Through the poems i write,
your love will live on.

Death of a loved one always creates void in life. It can never be filled even wit the grace of time. Yet, this hollowness within us can be lessened by the great memories we have. A beautiful and touching poem.
