Yours - Poem by Andrei Pircalabioru

Now that the demons of the past
No longer linger in the flask
You used to carry near your chest
And hold so dear like a task
Assigned to you by mighty gods
Who never give but always ask

I find myself anew, reborn
From all those aeons that I spent
Trying to find ways to repent
For sins you made me to believe
Were mine, yet now I clearly see
That they were really yours
(alternate ending) (Were mine, yet they were clearly yours) (can't make up my mind)
