Chaar main se ek nikalo, teen.
Teen main se do nikalo, ek.
Ek main se teenn nikalo
kya bacha, kya rehta hai.
Sub se pehle jeevat cell ne
jab ek se do hona seekha
to ghataana bhi seekha.
Nuskha:
Bhookh kam na karo.
Nuskha:
PaiDoN main waqat dalo.
Shoonya main kuch bhi dalo
sansar ban-na shuroo ho jayay ga.
Hamara apna sansaar
ksiaur ka nahin
saaf, saaf, aankhon k saamnay
har saans jisay badalti rehti hai.
Nuskha:
Zingi main maut dalo.
Nuskha:
Pyaar main agar na bhatko
to kya tumain ye laaey ga.
Behan, maata, pita, gharwala aur beti.
Violin ki kshama sheel sur se
agli, neyi sur niklay gi

Zero Plus Anything Is a World - Poem by Jane Hirshfield
Four less one is three.
Three less two is one.
One less three
is what, is who,
remains.
The first cell that learned to divide
learned to subtract.
Recipe:
add salt to hunger.
Recipe:
add time to trees.
Zero plus anything
is a world.
This one
and no other,
unhidden,
by each breath changed.
Recipe:
add death to life.
Recipe:
love without swerve what this will bring.
Sister, father, mother, husband, daughter.
Like a cello
forgiving one note as it goes,
then another.
