Pushp Sirohi's story begins on March 18th,1984, in a humble home guided by wisdom and quiet strength. Born to Professor SPS Sirohi, a man of intellect, and Rajendri Devi, a woman of unwavering warmth, Pushp grew up between discipline and heart — the perfect soil for a remarkable journey ahead. In the bustling lanes of Meerut, he walked through the gates of KVSL and KVDL, carrying books in one hand and dreams in the other. Those classrooms shaped his curiosity; those corridors shaped his resilience. He moved through DN Degree College, then to IP Degree College in Bulandshahr, and finally sharpened his edge at MAISM Jaipur, earning his PGDBM in 2008 — each milestone forming another layer of ambition. But destiny doesn't unfold in straight lines. Pushp's corporate path began at Infosys, a moment of pride that quickly transformed as exams demanded his focus. He stepped back, recalibrated, and stepped forward again — this time through a campus placement with ICICI Bank. Life was teaching him early: strength is not in never falling — but in how many times you rise. Driven by hunger for growth, he moved to Delhi and joined IBM Daksh in May 2010 as an HR Representative. The city was loud, the work demanding, but Pushp pushed harder. In these years, he also embraced marriage, believing he was stepping into a new chapter of companionship and stability. Then came 2014, a turning point. Pushp transitioned to IBM Noida as an Onboarding Specialist, stepping into a world where responsibility met opportunity. But behind professional elevations, life carried weight. In 2016, a marriage ended — a quiet storm that could have broken him. It didn't. Pushp rebuilt. Pushp rose. Pushp rewrote his story. In 2017, he found love again, and destiny blessed him with a son — Param Sirohi, born on October 8th,2018. A tiny heartbeat that rebuilt an entire world of hope. Professionally, the climb continued. His leadership and perseverance led him to manage India Onboarding for Kyndryl, proving his capability not just to work — but to lead, transform, and inspire. Then came 2023, a chapter glowing with triumph. Pushp stepped into a global arena as a Graphics Specialist - Knowledge & Learning for North America at IBM. A role that wasn't just a job — it was recognition. Evolution. Arrival.
