Trained in piano at an early age
I found a way to channel my creativity and rage
I'd sit at the piano and turn a page
And start playing; the world was my stage.
Beethoven, Grieg, Tchaikovsky, Mozart
I wondered at their musical prowess and art
I was young though when I had my start
And I played with my hands, not with my heart.
I grew up quickly and discovered more
Classical music wasn't the only one knocking at my door
