Comments about J.Francis Zaragoza
I woke up to the sound of rain
Water trickling down a drain
Here in my cabin all alone
The only path is but a lane.
Darkened clouds beyond have shown
That it can keep a pounding tone
Rain above maintains to pour
Drops of water now have grown.
In my bed I face the door
To feel the cool draft upon the floor
The first dawn of spring is today
I should rise to work and more.
Drops on roof woke me this day
Only my bed begged me to stay
So I gave in to its claim
Gladly hugged me as I lay.
