Tears

Tears are drops of hunger waiting for a chance to salvage an opportunity
They blossom into daggers, and are moulded into petals
So many patches of dull on the pillow surface
An outside protecting what gives it meaning

Tears are a complete waste of talent-less energy
Reflecting a beautiful chance of missed commitments
Where only a broken promise can be made
And where only a caring word can lay elsewhere but the heart

Engulfing only the finest of destroyed emotions
Imitating a wine that will be laying for decades
But only alone can they dropp without ...
