Comments about John Stewart Campbell
Meaningless pride for the clock strikes ten to five
A quick journey takes me to the longest ride
First steps through the door a quick smile to me elder
Nothing less nothing more
Words descend from her mouth to my ear
I comply no hesitation, no delay she know's I won't leave her astray
For my job is to make sure the eye has seen no one come or leave today
I look outside to see the sun glaring down on the desert of dashed hopes
Try again they all suggest but luck is not worthwhile to be bought
I must clean the concrete feilds of chances of wealth ...
