Sing Silently

When I see the mountains greening,
When I hear the birds singing,
My heart is full of joy;
When I see the sun rising,
When I hear the stream babbling,
My soul beats joyfully;
When I see the horses running on the grassland,
When I hear the music echoing in the church,
I sing silently
Of life
Of myself.

When the light comes distinguishing the first day and night,
When the clay figure breathes the first breath,
When the first fire sends out the first warmth,
