When I race to the future or get stuck in the past
with dread and remorse – I’m nowhere.
A creation of the mind - this aberration of time.
Sit still today, keep breathing and look around.
The past can never be again … long for it we may, it does no good to chase it. You see, it’s a ball bouncing slowly down the street, hiding under a parked car.
