Thomas A. Robinson is known as the midnight's voice, may be because midnight is the only time when one gets a chance to see his own self in real colors. He is one of those gifted individuals who claim to know poetry by an experience that occurs to them before they know it consciously. He has a ready Muse at his beck & call, and this can be said only for those poets who know poetry by intuition and not by parameters, theory and definition. In some people, poetry programme is installed congenitally, but some people meet poetry at some point of life when they set out in quest of all that they could not understand or at least tried their best to understand, then and only then they discover poetry by its character. Following are some of the verses by Mr. Robinson, which show that unlearned skills affect better than the works of conscious arts.

The sunsets are our parting gifts...

Only reflections, on the iris of eye...

    Forty years of desert
Till the last man, woman, and child
    of Egyptian connection had died
    ...was such a sacrifice...
Moses was the last to fall
on a mountain called no consequense...

    Jeweled like glass
    'n emerald,
    and rubied

    The days of my life
    fall autumned
    and fast.

And we are the huskless stalks
    shivering in the wind
    row upon row
    thousands upon thousands
    going nowhere
    and nowhere to go....

I wish him all the best! ! !

Midnight voice's poems are sometimes like oracles.A prophet he is often. Poems flow from his pen like natural spring.Best Wishes for you.
