I Painted A Picture
I thought of beauty, & you entered my mind,
You remained there for hours,
Line after line;
I wrote you down, you truly were there,
Perfection was accomplished, not a flaw or a flare.
Complex thoughts in my head, at first seeming defined,
But yet so divine.
Too Godly for words…Not a tinkle was heard,
Like a hummingbird.
Vibrant, vivacious, yet frankly aggressive,
The thought of you was so unexpected.
You opened my windows, you opened my doors,
Until all known light had left heavens floor.
