Such a moving poem, I was reduced to tears. It brought back the trauma of that horrible time back in 1997 when Our Beautiful Princess was so cruelly taken from us. I didn't manage down to London for the funeral as I drowned my sorrows that morning with a three litre bottle of Frosty Jacks and chased it down with several cans of Tennents Super. I did catch some of it through the window in Dixon's on the High Street, but my head was swimming by that point and my eyes were so tear filled it could have been The Flying Doctors that was on the telly. I remember people stepping over me that day, and all I could do was ask them how could they carry on with their lives as if nothing has happened? Our Beautiful Princess was taken from us and these people were going into Boots to buy make-up or tampons or whatever. It just didn't make any sense to me.

After that day I resolved to give up alcohol forever, as the local constabulary took me away for throwing a Frey Bentos pie through the windscreen of a Mercedes. You see, through my drunken haze I thought I was somehow getting my own back. It doesn't make sense to me now, but it did back then. I know Our Beautiful Princess is watching over me and gives me the strength to walk by Victoria Wines without breaking into a sweat.

all i can say is 'WOW',

If you are as good at dancing as you are at poetry then you should have won britains got talent nevermind the auditions! .

remember when elton john done that song at her funeral (princess diana the princess of all our hearts) i thought i was going to start crying i was so filled up with emotion (sadness!)

i never went to her funeral because i was skint that week but i know people who went and they said it was pure the saddest thing they ever seen.

i don't know if princess diana (the princess of all our hearts) is up on high watching over us all or if she is capable of anything like hatred or snideyness but i bet she laughs when she see's prince charles (the prince of evil) with ugly camilla.

the peoples princess once said that she 'didn't have time in her life for hatred because it didn't burn as many calories as niceness'

    your poem was immense.

Diana (Princess Of Wales) By Peter Stewart

on the 31st of auguest
the soul of princess diana winged its way to heaven
i wonder if she'll ever know the grief she left behind
that tragic way in which she died shatterd all mankind

a blanket of great sadness coverd every land
people cried quite openly.they couldint understand
why god had plucked this lovely flower for his heanenly bouquet.
they wanted her to bloom on earth.they wanted her to stay.
she'd found a man who loved her.and for...
