almost bare branches
braving breeze
leaves has been falling
collected as debris
grass still green
lusting for sunshine
evenly carpeting ground
chirpers were gone
few days ago
quick feet
running with contempt
digging her nuts
from where she keeps
my eyeballs peeking
by window blinds
tracing clouds
vanishing lines
like i’m recollecting
when did i miss you
