i decided to build a sand castle
i pick up a discarded cook bottle
cut it in half that could be half a liter
start digging creating a knee high
kids join me with their great laughter
put their mind to work carving faces

there's a kid who is standing, watching
i could imagine what is she thinking
maybe a perfectionist in the making
or rather a design engineer pondering
whatever i can't decipher, she won't talk
she probably got bored; went for a walk

we keep on creating from our mind desiring
there's the claw-less crab, sun smiling, a leaf,
octopus with imposing eyeballs, sea weeds
a girl with her arms folded on her chest, with
big eyes, pineapple with broken crown, it' fun
we laughs, we talk, sure, we have good time
