040310c Do What You'Re Told

a golden coin on my palm
i rub with my finger to shine
beautiful can't keep my eyes
admiring the design; artistry
could be a burger is as pretty
worthy to fill my hungry tummy

i put in my pocket i forget
i keep walking; mini-gait
i saw dragonfly on a leaf
looks like cessna on park
seethrough wings slim body
suction cup feet, sharp teeth

i enjoy looking at masterpiece
i reach out to touch didn't move
what, which eye is picturing me
she's so pretty i could agree
i didn't put in my pocket let it be
i remember nobody ever told me
