040910n Going Home To Rest

i started my car, listening to music
as i pulled out from tree shadows
i have a glimpse of house skeletons
of freshly milled pines; soon covered
to be pride of owner and nice shelter
where kids grow; nurturing their dreams

there are still trees along the road
noise buffer for residential homes
i noticed big chunk taken out of trunk
i could imagine that driver was drunk
or he must be driving one that don't stop
they keep troubles, they must be zap! !
