shoreline is line with mine granite
where waves express their temper
from high tides to violent hurricane
not high enough; overrun by latest
moss has grown to abundance
it's turning shore water to green
pines extend their limbs to sea
filling crevices with fallen leaves
and watching the ebbs and flows
so many fishes would have seek
cool shed, falling insects of summer
i don't mind waiting food for dinner
