2020 - Virus Song Poem by Darwin Henry Beuning

2020 - Virus Song

Rating: 5.0

Virus rules the land,
Brought the World to its knees.

Now, a song from the past
For these dark virus days
which never end.

Ue o Muite Aruko

A Japanese song sung by -
Kyu Sakamoto

I listen to it often
In this land of tears,
Yearning for those happy days
Which are no more.

I share your feelings about the depressing virus days, and the happy times before Covid appeared. It seems to be never ending. I will check out the song too. I like pop music.

A very sad song but it's been so long since I heard it sung. Thanks for the nostalgia.
