.5. Changeable - Poem by David Threadgold

Winds of anger
Clouds turn black
Rains fall heavy
On my back

Flying roof tiles
Bending palms
Washing taken
From my arms

Shed roofs going
There goes bin
Cat and dog
Both run in

Angry rainfall
Turns to hails
Tried the car
The engine fails

Out comes sun
Dried up rain
Soon forgotten
Smiles again
