Lots of happy little faces
Eye shut and in their bed
Dreaming of the day to come
And fun that lies ahead
With a little dash of magic
See sleigh and reindeer rise
Hear laughter from old Santa
None open up their eyes
He’ll call on all the girls and boys
If they have all been good
The naughty ones don’t get a call
If better Santa would
He glides down all the chimneys
With sack so full of toys
Each gift he leaves is some ones wish
For all good girls and boys
Next morning nearly half past three
White flakes of snow now fall
Lots of children wide awake
Merry Christmas to them all
