A Burning Question Poem by Sandra Feldman

A Burning Question

Rating: 5.0

What are we?
Who, us?
Yes, you
And all of us,
Part devil, part angel
Who will win?
The combination of both
Is really, cutting it thin,
Think about it,
And please, try to do
The right thing!

It’s a matter of choosing between good and evil. God has given us the free will. He however also commands us to pick the good and cast the evil... A great write, dear Ma’am Sandra..10++

A thoughtful poem, Sandra. I'm not sure anyone can answer the question raised. We are eclectic personalities that may make it whole. However, I'm not sure. What lurks in the shadows of our personalities? Even we don't know until tested by fire.

True! We are an undecipherable mystery, even to ourselves. Loved your thoughtful comment, Jane, thank you.
