A Christmas Poem (One Of My Grandfather's Favorites) - Poem by Alicia Blackwell

God filled us with many things
So many people forget what they mean

God gave us feelings of joy, happiness and sometimes fear
And sorrow that can bring us many tears

God gave something filled with nothing but love
He gave us his only son from above

With this day I see the smiles that it brings
And I remember just one thing

I'm right where I want to be
Sitting with my family around the christmas tree
