A Drinkers Wish - Poem by Sylvia Chidi

Make a wish
While you drink like a fish
Maybe the lady in red
Will descend on your lips with a kiss
Before the bouncer throws you out
Of the club in one piece

    Ha Ha - very nice,

Instead of that lady's beautiful kiss
    I will be totally dismissed...........

    Hi Sylvia,
The Bacchanalian cries beckons.... I'll drink to that
Perhaps it's worth the throw from the bouncer

Naw. Let the bouncer have someone collect up all the pieces! Drinking like a fish...Hmmmm. I could make comments so much easier! The lady in red weighs, indeed, let her kiss him. This is a funny, anytime poem. It just was read when I needed more, I don't. Goody one! xxElysabeth (Report) Reply
