A Farmer's Life 1 - Naarayana Naarayana Poem by Unnikrishnan Sivasankara Menon

A Farmer's Life 1 - Naarayana Naarayana

Rating: 5.0

Lord Mahavishnu
The Supreme God
The most benevolent one
Is worshipped by all,

As ‘Naarayana', The Supreme Being
Who is the foundation of all the worlds!

Maharshi Narada, who travels
Across all the fourteen worlds
Chanting 'Naarayana! Naarayana! '
Is among his greatest devotees.

The Sage is the most learned
Of all men. He is the only one,
Perhaps, who knows
And preaches His Tatwa.

He prided himself to be
The greatest devotee
Of the Supreme Lord
And His most favourite.

Thank you, Rose Marie, for reading this series and favouring me with such generous remarks. Deeply obliged. This is a story my mother had narrated to us, when we were small children. It is just that I narrated it here for all to read and appreciate.
