A Fondling Nest - Poem by Louie Levy

A Fondling Nest -

Rating: 3.1

Has cooped
within my soul

gathering bygones and
old laced twigging as
homeless phantom love Doves
come to reside

Obscuring their
forsaken pride
Hither to the coming of
nostalgic ill winds

Daring the devouring of
memorable, forgotten seeds...

Enamoring wings
laden with unrest,
given not, to bequest in

redeeming that, which
only poetry can,
prose to bewitch
