Don't wear no frown
don't shed no tear
lets let this be
a happy new year
help the homeless
don't let
nobody be lonely
lets let this be
a happy new year
don't let no
threat of war
cloud the sky
the bombs
don't have to fall
the bullets
don't have to fly
the sound of laughter
that is the music
everybody wants to hear
so lets let
this be
a happy new year
a very happy
new year!
