A Knight Of Light
Darkness around me
but I'm not afraid
as long as I have inside me light
Everywhere fear reigns
but I'm not afraid
because by my side I have You
Envy devours us all
but I'm not afraid
hope as a banner to the sky I raise
Hate blackens our hearts and our souls
but I'm not afraid
Into its eye I see with a smile in my face
Chaos it carry us away
but I'm not afraid
You are my compass to look
Death spreads his wings
but I'm not afraid
because in my hand the sword of love I hold
Death spreads his wings but I'm not afraid because in my hand the sword of love I hold Light of God makes one to face whatever may be the darkness. A nice spiritual poem.
