A Moment Poem by Darwin Henry Beuning

A Moment

Rating: 4.8

Early morning
Rochester, Minnesota
Lying awake
Listening to the thunder
And heavy rain

I started to think about
T E A R S
And how they enter
Each and every life

Tears seen so often
In our day to day
A sign of happiness
Or a sign of pain

Tears, a weakness
Surely not

Very nice, Hank. Tears can also be tears of joy. They're also a great way to wash your face when no other water is available!
