A Quiet Morning Holding You - Poem by Michael P. McParland
Good morning to you my sweet love
and please give me a smile and let
me see those gorgeous sparkling eyes.
You are so beautiful and you lift my heart,
I feel like you are angry and I don't want that to be so
because I am already hurting and feeling frustrated
from the whole rest of the world around me.
I love you sweet lady and truly am working
so hard doing the best I am able.
I just wish you were here so I could hold you
and we could spend a quiet morning so beautiful.
I miss you sweet lady and am hurting so bad,
I send you sweet kisses galore to give you all of my love,
and with a great big hug of warmth to tell you I care.
I want a quiet morning to wrap you up in my robe
and then have you sit back with me and curl up in my arms,
I just want to hold you and let you know that you are my world,
my universe, everything truly I'll ever need and want.
Life is a struggle without the one I most love
and I know you're struggling too my sweet Angel dove.
I know my mental illness is tough to deal with
and I am ashamed of it my Queen I so cherish.
I do my best though I promise and love you all the more
because you've always worked so hard to understand
and deal with it as any love has to deal in their
own way with their partners hurting,
I thank you sweet one for all of you kind loving and understanding.
How I wish we were spending a quiet morning holding each other
while I softly spoke reassuring you that I'm right here
and will always stand by you because I deeply love you.
God bless you sweet Kira for being my lady and being so very loving.
My heart is hurting from very much around me sweet one
and I wish you were here to hold and just spend glorious time.
I would just have you sit back my love while I prepared
your coffee just how you like it and do any other
little things here and there to make everything perfect.
Then just hold you so close as you warmed up
and I would give you the softest and sweetest kisses
to make you feel comforted and safe,
sweet sweet kisses to make you smile and know
that I'll always be here for you and let nothing
harm you or make you sad.
A quiet morning with my beautiful Kira is just what I want
and what my heart needs to light up this day.
I love you sweet lady and want you to know that you
are the greatest thing to ever happen to me.
You are my Angel and true love and I just want to hold you
and give you the sweetest kisses right now over and over.
You are so beautiful and I hunger to just tell you
and kiss you many times saying Kira you are the greatest
and I truly love you to no end.
Please spend eternity with me side by side hand in hand.
Oh my sweet Kira please do not shed any tears or be upset with me.
I so truly love you and want you to know that
you are the most wonderful and special woman I've ever known.
You are my Queen and the one I wish to serve forever sweet one,
I give you myself because I care for you and want you
to be the happiest woman who's ever lived as I give
you all of the love you've ever needed and truly deserved.
Oh my sweet Kira I just wish you were right here with me
to share a quiet morning so filled with love and care,
a quiet morning so I could tell you just how much
you are worth in every way and that with you and my family
my life is complete in most every way.
That with you and your kids I have so very much to work for and give
and I will always give my best because I am already
filled with so much love and it will continue to grow.
I love you sweet Kira and wish you were here to spend
a deeply loving and quiet morning.
Feel me right there beside you as I pull you in
and hold you so tight while giving sweet kisses of deep tender love,
just feel all of my warmth fill and surround you in full.
I so adore you and can't wait to be with you forever and ever
because you are a diamond and gem whose beauty and worth are unequaled my dear.
I love you sweet lady and will always stand by you
because I am your Michael and I will always love you and no other.
