A Quiet Summer Afternoon. Poem by Sandra Feldman

A Quiet Summer Afternoon.

Rating: 5.0

The pale white moon
Resembling,
Static cloud
That does not move
Nor fly about,
The pale white moon,
Adorns
The Summer stillness
And blueness,
Of the Summer Sky
As not a sound is heard
And the World,
Seems finally, at Peace,
As true illusion
And good men
Refuse to die,
Nor to give up
The World,
To deep abuse
Of those who
Can't think straight
And cannot feel,
A drop of Love
Nor even cry.

A very heartfelt and inspiring poem adorned with beautiful poetic expressions and superb imagery. I can see you my friend, in the group of true good men who refuse to die nor to give up the World to those who have no ability to give love.
