Everyday we seek shelter
from an approaching storm.
Whether it comes naturally
or is a homemade one.
A storm is a storm
and its turbulence is always felt.
Where it be rain, snow, flood,
hurricane or tornado,
or someone playing mind games
to try to hurt us in someway.
A storm is a storm.

Your words too true in this day and age storms come from lunatics and we are always vigilant...thanks for the poem...regards
They always seem to pass....the hard part is waiting them out...surviving...
a storm is a storm, and that's it. We cannot do about it..and you are right David..this is a wonderful write, nice flow of words..thanks my special friend Love, meggie
Don't need a shelter at the moment, perhaps an ark, it's cold and raining and i feel so lost in the dark, perhaps all we need in the end is just a friend...19

This Poem is fitting, for today I just got through shoveling 6 inches of fresh snow, I like the symbolism in the last few lines..
