The one
who is supposed to
give me justice has
amazingly declared her heart
as a court,
she herself as a judge to hear,
her brain as a lawyer to plea,
herself witnesses to prove,
even then
her decisions are also based on
the rules and regulations
mentioned in the black book of law,
she constructed herself
as per her own willingness too.

a simile poem...a well implied thoughts of womans mind decision.....like the captain of the heart.....10
this poem is full of love that it is truly amazing, to use the simple imagery of a court of law, her brain as a lawyer to me says that her heart and her mind are at war and she desperately want to follow her heart but her brain has so many good arguments as to why not to follow him. This poem i believe will always be universally appealing no matter the person no matter the day and age.
Tragic. For what is justice if not fairness. What is fair if not balanced. The poem is an advocate of freedom for this who seeks real justice dispensed.
I love anything related to courts, justice and judges, I wrote a poem using this language myself. I loved the images you used and the referances you made. Again, awesome
I am not surprised to read such a poem-its just your view of life and the way you tell about it. I understand and share your words. regards and thanks for your encouragment words- cecilia
