A thousand apologies

To all the poets offended by me
I wanna offer a thousand apologies
Perhaps you don't rhyme and i said its a crime
If you believed its a crime then you got no sense of humor
Lighten up it was a poet playing with words in jest
If my anti religion rhetoric offended the pious i apologize
However think deep and look at the history of injustice
There is a common thread creating differences among people based on political boundaries reinforced by religion
Not any particular religion but ALL religions
To those offended by my comments on their poems, apologies again
I know some treat their work like new born babies
Sorry to have critisized your baby's colour, shape of the nose, ears and ethnic etymology
It's also quite possible i came across as an i know it all narcissist. Am i bad?
I m just a common guy blessed with a beautiful family and most of my poems are make believe.
So, Fellow Humans, forgive a brother.
After all, i am leaving for mars, with my scars, and leaving all my cars.
