There are many hypocritical shapes
And forms a man do take
In the quest to claim he's a saint
Who preach what he never practiced
On the pulpit of pretence
Pious presenting himself to the people
Men made of mud and sticky filth
Unclean yet claimed to be clean
I'm their righteous religious looking apparel
How sarcastic we all seek an angel
A better and beautiful bride
A soulmate from heaven to make a partner
Who seek for a wife in the church
Yet visits the harlots temple
With money to purchase her sweet apples
Who seek for a wife well clothed in the mosque
Yet find pleasure in lustfully gazing
At another woman's exposed heaven
What the heart loves and crave for
The tongue should never condemn
All in the name of being holyin the face of men
Never marry a woman who is no virgin
A foolish fool once said to a congregation of fools
That will father fools to father future fools
Yet last night your serpent visited Eden
And your broke the hard coconut
Of another man's future wifeto be
Why must man borrow the face of an angel
And the things of beings in heaven?
Or have they forgottenthe earth is no paradise
Why look for Maryin the pit of hell?
Looking for a perfect bride
Is like seeking for fish in a hot desert
Time could change a devil into an angel
Time could make a fool become wiser
Yet time cannot change man from being man
To speak sour of that they find to be sweet
To talk dirty of that they find to be clean
To mock a whore yet crave for her kiss
What need then is of the last trumpet?
When men have already judge each other
Finding faults in their own brothers
I'm no hypocrite, neither a scribe nor pharisee
I'm no man of respectable moral nor dignity
Why then should I forbid a whore as a wife?

A lot of hypocrisy in the land. Men and women pretend to be what they are not. They criticize those they consider bad when they themselves are worse. Beautiful expository poem...10++
