A Woman In A Man's World Poem by Adams King

A Woman In A Man's World

Rating: 3.8

Heaven is what you should pray for
For here on earth even the angels falls
The devil aren't worth dying for
I'm pained for the woman in a man's world

Upon her temple the demons crawls
They laid on her a victimized curse
They raped her and have her sucked
In their minds she's just a woman after all

Yet the activist came making loud noise
Women for safety and equality calls
The words of our laws says we are equal
Yet it actions says otherwise in a man's world

She ran to the walls of her tradition
And the writings on the walls says it all
She's caged to an unchanging submission
For ugly men claims they own the nations

In a man's world she's a victim of violations
Made weaker in bones by mother nature
Yet the prophet say's she's an abomination
Restricted in the holy altars of religion

Oh flowers! squashed with a manly bone
Sharp thorns pricking the beautiful rose
Only heaven can save a woman's soul
For she's no more safe here in a man's home
