A Word With The Sun Poem by LeeAnn Azzopardi

A Word With The Sun

Rating: 5.0

Sun, don't shine on yr tears
They're only temporary
They came when he left me
Alone and damaged
He has done his duty
And wanted to go home
Sun, let the rain come
So, I can be brave
With the rain covering my tears
No one will know I am suffering
