Af01 Rush To Top - Poem by Manonton Dalan

heavy breathing upstairs
slow feet moving upwards
ten stories of enclose space
unending spiral deep vortex
air is warmer for afternoon
pulls some of legs strength

reaching top i seek for air
i stand beneath vent opening
my lungs gasp needed relief
i close my eyes, hold my head
a good exercise i must admit
people who work here, cake
