O self touched by the plight of a tree
Do not cry for its harsh environment
Deprived of chances to live in a grove
Don't cry for roots encased under cement
Be glad that it prepares so tenaciously
To enshrine its will to live in seeds
Be touched by seed-throwing gestures
And by hope that doesn't calculate results
Keep up hopes that hearts will be softened
By life's design in the package of a seed
Trust that a sapling will try to offer shade
Even before a grove has grown around it
I really feel honored as being mentioned in your beautiful poem. How marvelously you root for HOPE, KINDNESS and TRUST.Each line is a confirmation of HOPE.- - - 'Don't cry for roots encased under cement Be glad that it prepares so tenaciously to enshrine its will to live in seeds Be touched by the seed throwing gestures Be glad that hope does not calculate results'

O self touched by the living tree Don't cry for the tree's weakness Deprived of chances to live in a grove Don't cry for roots encased under cement Be glad that it prepares so tenaciously To enshrine its will to live in seeds - - -A stunning write. It is really wonderful how you discover the tenacity of the lonely tree, which not only survives being separated from its friends and clan, but it prepares itself to enshrine its will, its hope in the seeds.
Hello Bharati...I know you have honored this seedling with periodic visits. Perhaps you have even watered it. That shows your devotion to the path you pursue. From humble beginnings comes life and inspiration. Your new comment prompted me to revisit this poem also, and I have made some small revisions. Next time you stop by, you will see them.
