Agora (Haiku) Poem by Mihaela Pirjol

It is usually with a cup of coffee in one hand and the news paper in the other that we start our day! It is a relaxed activity and revives our body to start our day's labor A beautiful senryu!

Coffee is my beverage of choice, especially very dark espresso. I like the clarity something strong, sweet and bitter provides. So I would interpret that last line to mean the charge that coffee gives to people to get their work done. NEWS EVAPORATES / AROMATIC COFFEE.Is the point here that the very essence of coffee makes people forget the news, because they're so rapt in enjoyment?
