All I Could Do Poem by Lawrence S. Pertillar

All I Could Do

Gone are my announced responses.
And the need to make comment.
I feel I have done all I could do,
To reveal and prove my love for you.

Gone are my hints and clues.
Without a showing of mood,
When you to me display attitude.
I'm through and done but not from love.
From you I'm through,
Proving what I feel is real.
